New Graduate Students

Congratulations and welcome to Syracuse!

We are so excited to meet you. You are joining a close-knit School of Education community dedicated to helping you learn, grow, and thrive during your graduate studies.

Your faculty advisor is an instructor or professor in the School of Education, and often in your program or department, assigned to you when you matriculate. You will also have an academic advisor in the Office of Academic and Student Services. Together, they will assist you with developing a program of study, getting you registered, and providing personal and professional support.

Note: if you have not done so already, make sure you send back your Intent to Register (ITR) form with the blue envelope. This officially matriculates you into Syracuse, and you cannot register for courses until you are matriculated.
