School of Education convocation held virtually, as will all other school and college convocations in 2021. This year’s convocation address will be given by Juli Boeheim G’97. The undergraduate address will be given by Erin Hernandez ’21, inclusive elementary and special education B.S., and the graduate address will be given by Joash Geteregechi G’21, mathematics education Ph.D. The prerecorded ceremony is available stream online. In accordance with New York State event and occupancy guidelines, Syracuse University will hold three commencement ceremonies over May 22-23, 2021 in the Stadium. All students who have registered will be allowed up to two guests. Ticket selection is open from May 6-14.
Be sure to review safety procedures and requirements for testing/vaccine documentation for graduates and guests, as well as ways to verify documents before heading to The Stadium.

Subject to continued improvement in public health conditions and relaxation of government restrictions, Syracuse University will host Commencement for the Class of 2020 on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021. The Commencement website will be updated as more information becomes available.
