Suggested Application Deadline: January 15 (summer semester start), June 1 (fall semester start), or October 1 (spring semester start). Applicants should ensure that all of the required materials are submitted by that date.

International students who need to secure a visa to study in-person for the length of their study should submit their application at least 12 weeks before the start of the semester.

Admissions Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• One of the following:
  • Currently enrolled in or hold a graduate degree in any field, or
  • Hold an undergraduate minor in Disability Studies or pre-requisite courses as determined by Cultural Foundations of Education faculty.
• Official transcript of all undergraduate and graduate study.
• We recommend applicants have an undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) GPA of 3.0 or better. However, in reviewing applications, all aspects of an application are considered.
• Personal statement (approximately 500 words) or interview with the program coordinator
• 2 letters of recommendation
• Resume or CV
