The School of Education Technology Support Group provides technology resources and support to the School’s students, faculty, and staff to promote and enrich the educational experience and to provide opportunities for all to realize their full potential. The primary technology priority of the School of Education is to provide a technology platform for faculty, students and staff that is as robust and reliable as possible within practical resource constraints.

The helpdesk is staffed with student employees each weekday. They are there to loan out equipment and offer first level assistance with technology questions and issues. If they are unable to resolve the issue, they will gather information necessary to log the issue and it will be elevated to a full time staff member.
Equipment available for loan includes:
The individual is responsible for the pick-up and return of the equipment. It is expected that the equipment will be used with care and respect. Individuals are responsible for any loss or damages that may occur while the equipment is in their possession. The failure to return loaned equipment will result in replacement charges.
Based on availability, equipment may be taken on loan for up to 1 week. If more time is required, a time extension must be approved by the original due date. Students borrowing equipment for a week at a time, are required to wait another week before borrowing again. Failure to return the equipment on time may result in loss of borrowing privileges.
