The Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation doctoral program requires a minimum of 90 graduate credits beyond the undergraduate degree, and at least 9 credits of dissertation work. Coursework and research is typically completed in 3-4 years of full-time study.
Students will take a minimum of 51 credits of instructional design or related area coursework. This includes a set of instructional design depth courses (21 credits) in addition to the Master’s degree equivalent courses (30 credits) that will be transferred in or taken prior to beginning the doctoral program.
