Teaching & Curriculum, M.S.

Suggested Application Deadline: January 15 (summer semester start), June 1 (fall semester start), or October 1 (spring semester start). Applicants should ensure that all of the required materials are submitted by that date.

International students who need to secure a visa to study in-person for the length of their study should submit their application at least 12 weeks before the start of the semester.

Admissions Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a cumulative undergraduate GPA at or near 3.0.
  • Official transcript of all undergraduate and graduate study.
  • A personal essay describing the candidate’s beliefs about student learning, commitment to diversity, enthusiasm for learning, willingness to foster collaboration, and ethics.
  • 3 Letters of recommendation.
  • Resume or CV.
  • International students: competitive IELTS or TOEFL scores.
  • No GRE exam scores or initial teacher certification are required for this program.
