The Cultural Foundations of Education master’s program is 30 credits, and can be completed with either full-time or part-time study. Students will design their program of study in collaboration with their CFE advisor and other faculty and mentors. Courses will include introductions and deep dives into a variety of research methods, CFE courses on a wide range of educational issues, and courses from other schools and colleges at Syracuse University. Many students design their programs to also receive a C.A.S. in Disability Studies.

Students in the joint J.D./M.S. program first apply and accepted into the College of Law, and apply to the joint program after their first year, taking School of Education and other courses during their second and third years (including summers).
