Patricia Meyers Druger (G’74 MS Mathematics Education), age 75, passed away on January 19, 2014 at Francis House. She was an administrator for the introductory biology course and for the Writing Program at Syracuse University for many years. She was a devoted mother of three children, Lauren (Brian), Robert (Suzanne), and James (Elizabeth); and grandmother of seven grandchildren, Keith, Lindsay, Aaron, Joshua, Rachel, Gabrielle, and Teagan; and a wonderful wife to Marvin Druger for 56 years. She was a talented quilter and seamstress, and a donator to many charities. She did volunteer work as a docent at the Erie Canal Museum, and a tax consultant for AARP. She was a member of the board of the Friends of Jowonio preschool, and an active member of the Women of the University. Pat’s radiant smile, caring and enthusiasm for life lit up the lives of many people.
