SOE student support is key ingredient to InclusiveU success

Jared Khan-Bagley is an inclusive elementary education major in the School of Education and a peer trainer for InclusiveU, a program of the Taishoff Center for Inclusive Higher Education that provides higher education opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He plans events, seminars, and other activities that connect InclusiveU students with the larger campus community, an integral part of the InclusiveU experience. “They step out from their comfort zones to see and interact with students who have different majors, interests, cultures, abilities and talents,” says Khan-Bagley.
