U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy Fellows shared their experiences with the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence, where fellows can earn a master’s degree in instructional design, development and evaluation through the program’s fully online format. Graduates of the fellowship often go on to teach in the Sergeants Major Course at Fort Bliss, Texas. Sgt. Maj. Kevin French:
