Faculty, Students & Alumni Presenting at Literacy Research Association Conference

The 68th Annual Conference of the Literacy Research Association will be held in Indian Wells, CA November 28th-December 1st, 2018.  This year’s conference is chaired by Dean’s Associate Professor and Chair of Reading and Language Arts, Marcelle Haddix.

Students from across the School of Education will be presenting, including Literacy Education doctoral students Heather Waymouth, Keith Newvine, Gemma Elizabeth Cooper-Novack, Sarah M. Fleming, Stella Rwanda; and Teaching & Curriculum doctoral student Anemone Zeneli. Many alumni of Reading and Language Arts programs are also taking part including Donna Alvermann G’80, Bryan Ripley Crandall G’12, Carol Jeanne Delaney G’04 Elizabeth Lewis G’96 G’08, Elizabeth Stevens G’14 and Karen Wixson G’78 G’80.
