The goal of the IDD&E program is to instill in students the knowledge and skills they require in order to foster systemic and systematic changes and improvements in the various settings and situations in which they will find themselves after graduation. The current and projected job market for graduates of programs such as IDD&E is quite strong. The design, development, implementation and evaluation of a variety of interventions (e.g., learning environments, instructional supports, performance improvement solutions, training systems, etc.) are central and core aspects of an educational change agency.
