Minor in Jewish Education

Are you interested in teaching in Jewish community schools or organizations?

The Jewish Education minor at Syracuse University is 22-24 credits, many of which overlap with Arts & Sciences (A&S) concentration requirements & School of Education (SOE) methods courses!

The breadth & depth of the content can be explored further by participating in the School of Education’s Holocaust and Genocide Education workshops. These free lectures, workshops and seminars are held several times a semester on various topics and address how to teach and learn from the Holocaust and modern-day genocides through primary sources, the arts and interactive lesson plans.
